From June to September: the minimum stay is 7 days and periods reservations are from Saturday to Saturday
During the months of April, May, October and November, the minimum stay is 4 days and check-in/out can be any day of the week.
50 % upfront payment at booking
50 % balance payable 30 days before your arrival
200 € cash-deposit at check-in (refundable after check-out completed)
Cancellation Policy
We have a Strict 30 Days cancellation policy which means that a 50% refund is given if you makes sure to cancel the booking at least 30 days before check-in. If you decide to cancel when there are less than 30 days left until check-in or after check-in, the accommodation fees will not be returned at all.
house rules
Do not throw BBQ ashes in the environment! It's a high fire-risk zone during the summer!!
Non-smoking house (only outside but we ask you to use the ashtrays! Do not throw cigarette butts in the environment for your own safety !!
No pets allowed!
Do not rinse your water suit, surf board or body board in the swimming pool! Use the outdoor shower, please!
Upon check-out, do not leave your garbage in the house. Bring it to Monte-Clérigo or Vale Da Telha recycling point!
You must leave the house the latest at 11:00 am! We need to clean the house for the next hosts!
Do not use our bath towels at the beach!
When you are at home, please open doors and windows to ventilate the house , but make sure you close them if you are gone.
